I recently enjoyed a week at Bright Hotel Kiyomizu, and it exceeded all my expectations in every regard. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the convenience of unlocking my room with a code was a modern touch that I appreciated—no fumbling with keys! I was particularly impressed by the availability of a washing machine, which made my stay incredibly convenient after a long day exploring Kyoto. The location is ideal, just a quick bus ride from Kyoto Station, making it easy to access main attractions. I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond in returning my left behind sim cards, demonstrating impeccable service. Despite a minor need for a few more kitchen utensils, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after my daily adventures. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.
